Travel and Parking Fees
(Preview Session and Wedding Day)
Beautiful Brides Hair and Makeup provides on-site services for weddings throughout Pennsylvania, South Jersey, Delaware and South Florida.
Travel is based on the distance from your getting-ready location:

0–20 miles: Included

21–40 miles: $50 per artist

41–60 miles: $70 per artist

60+ miles: Custom quote
A minimum travel fee may apply for larger teams or extended distances.
All wedding day services are performed on-location for your convenience, as we are a fully mobile beauty team and do not operate from a physical studio.
For certain locations, typically hotels, valet parking is required and charged to client's room for each artist. For some hotels, a parking surcharge may apply.
Minimum Service Requirements for Distant Weddings
To ensure proper scheduling of artists and travel time, the following minimums may apply for weddings outside our primary service areas:
We ask for a 5-service minimum per artist. Some locations may require a higher service minimum. For non-season bookings, minimums may be reduced.
This helps ensure adequate time and staffing for travel distances and early morning timelines.
Early Start/Sunrise Fees
Some wedding timelines require services to begin very early in the morning.
To accommodate these schedules, an early start fee may apply per artist.
Before 7:00 AM
$40 per artist
Before 6:00 AM
$60 per artist
Before 5:00 AM
$80 per artist
Timeline Compression Fees
If a shortened timeline requires additional artists beyond the standard beauty schedule, a fee will apply. This fee will be applied after the timeline has been drafted if client requests additional artist(s) above what is necessary to complete services in a 5-hour period, depending on party size.
Booking Information

A signed contract and retainer are required to secure your wedding date. Dates are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis. A one-third deposit is required to reserve date and team. A 50% deposit is due with contract brides without preview or for parties that do not include a bride. Remaining balance is due 30 days.

If client wishes to pay for preview only, date and team are not guaranteed. Preview fee plus a $50 retainer is due; $50 is retained and not applied to contract fees.

Final beauty timelines are created based on the total number of services booked and ceremony time.

Minimum service requirements may apply for peak Saturday weddings. Typically, we ask for Bride plus 4 for both services.

Final service number must be submitted with contract. There are no deletion of services, only replacements.

Travel fees are determined based on wedding location and artist travel requirements.

Additional on-site touch-up services may be added upon request.

For one artist to move from one location to another, the fee is $75 plus any parking fees.

Hotel valet fees will be charged to client's guest room on the day of the event.
