After more than fifteen years in corporate marketing and communications, founder Dana Persia realized that what she loved most wasn't building brands—it was helping women feel confident. She left the corporate world to create a bridal beauty company centered on timeless artistry, thoughtful planning, and an experience brides could genuinely trust.

Today, Dana leads one of the region's most respected on-location bridal beauty teams, serving brides throughout Philadelphia, South Jersey, Delaware, and South Florida. While beautiful hair and makeup are at the heart of what we do, our purpose has always been much bigger. We believe exceptional artistry should be paired with clear communication, careful preparation, and a calm, beautifully organized wedding morning.

As a licensed esthetician, accomplished makeup artist, and business owner, Dana has built Beautiful Brides on the belief that every bride deserves to feel like the very best version of herself—not someone else. Our signature style is timeless, polished, and authentically you.

When she's not working with brides or mentoring her talented team of artists, Dana enjoys life in Palm Beach, Florida, with her husband, Garry, and their two cats, Sonny and Gizmo. She's often reading the latest business book by the pool, listening to a true crime podcast, or swimming in the Atlantic.

Dana is also the creator of The Cubicle Refugee, where she shares her journey from corporate executive to entrepreneur, encouraging others to pursue meaningful work and build a life they truly love.
