01
How soon should I book my hair and makeup preview/ trial run?
You can book your hair and makeup trial at any time; however, we don’t recommend more than six months prior to the wedding. Once your vendor contract is signed, you have up to three months. As long as you have your gown and an idea of your hair and makeup inspiration, you’re good to go!
02
Where does the trial take place and how long will it take?
We come to you! As long as your service will be at a location that is no more than an hour. A hair and makeup trial run typically takes two hours. A bit more if you want a second look. For one service, an hour to an hour and a half.
03
Will I have the same artists for the trial and wedding?
YES!!!
04
What information do I need to book your services?
Your exact number of hair and makeup services is needed for your final contract booking along with your ceremony and ready location. No deletions of services can be made once you have booked with a final contract. Additions can be made on a case-by-case basis.
05
What forms of payment do you accept?
Credit Card, Venmo and Zelle
06
What is the deposit and who makes the payment?
All payments must be paid and a contract signed by the bride. If you have someone else who wants to pay, that can be arranged, but please inform us. You can place a $300 Soft Hold Booking Deposit to temporarily hold your date. We suggest this for extremely popular dates. After your Zoom chat and final quote, we require a signed vendor contract with a 50% deposit less your initial deposit before your preview. All previews/trials are 100% guaranteed!
07
Can I choose which artist I want for my wedding?
You are not able to choose a specific stylist; however, we train all of our stylists on our signature style of hair and makeup. You can view our Instagram and website gallery, to get a sense of our overall aesthetic.
08
How long will the services take on my wedding day?
Typically a party will take four to five hours from start to finishing touch ups. Smaller parties for only the bride and one or two others will be shorter. Approximately 4-6 weeks before the wedding, you’ll receive a final timeline showing when the artists will arrive and when they’ll finish.
