Clip-in extensions will not be used if not approved and paid for ahead of time. If party member brings extensions, the artist will make decision to use if time allows. Additional fee of $40 is to be Venmo'd to @beautifulbrides prior to hair service.

Party members should come with completely dry hair. Unless requested ahead of time for an added fee, you'll be asked to dry your own hair or will be charged accordingly. Clients are not permitted to use stylist's blow dryer or other tools/products.
Our priority is to ensure that everyone feels beautiful and that the day progresses seamlessly. While we strive to accommodate each bridesmaid's preferences, please understand that to honor the day's schedule and the bride's timely walk down the aisle, we may suggest alternative hairstyles for party members for particular hair or makeup looks that may risk delaying the ceremony.

AND BOOKING POLICIES

A non-refundable deposit of $400 is required to secure your date on our books. If client does book her date after trial, any additional fees incurred will be included in final contract.

This deposit of $400 is required to secure the date and schedule services. This deposit is broken down into two parts: $350 covers the cost of the bridal hair and makeup trial, and $50 is a non-refundable administrative fee/retainer to reserve your booking. (If necessary, travel fee and add-ons will be invoiced for after the trial occurs.)

The $350 will be applied to the trial and final fees once the bride completes her hair and makeup trial. The $50 will be retained for administrative purposes. Please note that the trial must be conducted no later than five months before the wedding date.

Failure to complete the trial within this timeframe may result in forfeiting the deposit and/or retainer and could impact the availability of services on the wedding day.​

The $400 booking fee and retainer is non-refundable. CLICK HERE to book your deposit.

If your trial is for hair or makeup only, it is still a $400 booking deposit. If bride doesn't book after the trial, any remaining fee will be refunded less a $50 administrative retainer. For example, client submits a $400 booking fee for a $200 makeup trial. No date booking/contract after trial? Client will receive $400 - $200(cost of makeup-only trial) = $200 less $50 administrative fee retained = $150 refund to client. This is not negotiable.

A trial run is required a minimum of five months before your wedding date. Within 48 hours following the trial, you must submit a 50% deposit of the total amount due for the wedding day, along with a signed contract, to maintain the reservation of your date. If the contract is not signed and the deposit is not paid within this period, your wedding date and your trial artists will immediately be made available for other bookings.

If you choose not to have a trial run, 50% deposit of the total fees (not the $400) is required to secure your date along with final service numbers. The remaining balance is due in full 30 days from date.

For parties that do not include a bride, a 50% deposit is due at time of booking.

Final payment will be due 30 days before the wedding day.

We require a four to five-service minimum (depends on day of the week and time of year) for all weddings (including the bride). We are available for bride-only weddings, please inquire or set up a free consultation for more information. Pricing will be different for bride-only services.

Please contact us for customized quotes for South Asian/Indian weddings, which will require additional fees due to early start times, extended service times, long/thick hair types, intricate hairstyling, and accessory needs.

For team members to move from one location to another on wedding day, there is an additional charge of $75 per artist to pack up, move and unpack. There also may be an additional parking and/or travel fee.

For wedding day extended "touch-up" time, the hourly rate is $100/artist. One artist will be secured if possible. Extended touch-up time is calculated from the end of the first morning services to the end of the requested touch-up time. Wait time for artist will be included in fees. If hair and/or makeup is changed during this time, there will additional fees.

Wedding day and/or preview hotel valet parking fees will be charged to the client's room. If valet is unavailable and lot is required, parking fee will be included in contract or paid to each artist on wedding day.
