NOTES:
- Spoke on 10/16/25 when she called me directly.
- She originally found us on the Knot in August but never heard back.
- She had a trial with someone else and hated it.
- She was originally supposed to have her hair trial with Roxy on 10/23 but cancelled 12am the night before saying she had dyed her hair and had a bad scalp reaction. Long story short - she gave me a very hard time about the $100 cancellation fee and there was a lot of back and forth. She even requested NOT to work with Roxy because Roxy hadn't given her any "medical" advice. Keep in mind this girl is a licensed cosmetologist AND working esthetician! But I dealt with it and now Kateryna is on the wedding.
- New hair trial is set for Wed, 10/29, 2-4 in Boca.
