Client acknowledges that mobile sunless tanning services are performed exclusively by Painted by Frankie and/or its representatives as an independent third-party provider. Beautiful Brides Hair and Makeup is acting solely as a referral, marketing, or scheduling partner and does not perform, supervise, control, or warrant any tanning services rendered.

Client understands and agrees that Beautiful Brides Hair and Makeup shall not be held liable or responsible for any injury, allergic reaction, skin sensitivity, dissatisfaction with results, property damage, scheduling issue, delay, omission, negligence, or any other claim arising out of or related to services provided by Painted by Frankie.

By booking such services, Client releases, indemnifies, and holds harmless Beautiful Brides Hair and Makeup, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any and all claims, damages, losses, costs, or liabilities connected in any way to the tanning services provided by the third-party vendor.
