We want to make your hair and makeup experience fun, organized and most of all ON TIME! So, take a minute to review our helpful and important preparation details below and don't forget to share with your party if necessary.

A separate space should be made available for stylists to conduct services. Artists will not work in any bathroom area for sanitary reasons.
For the safety and sanitary well-being of the artists and clients, animals are not permitted in the ready area. Please secure all animals in another room away from artist stations.
Stylists will not be work out doors. All ready rooms must be properly ventilated and air conditioned (summer), heated (winter).
It is the home owner's responsibility to cover floors or carpet that are near or directly under the artist work station.
If possible, stylists should not climb more than one flight of stairs to ready space as they carry heavy gear.
Service room should be clean and ready at start time. Stylists are to be provided with a non-smoking environment.
Kindly keep tables, sideboards and any surface area clear for team's hair and makeup gear.
Please have a low-back chair for each hair stylist. For makeup, if possible, please have one high stool per makeup artist.
Absolutely no IV Infusion treatments are permitted during any client's service.
Your artist/team will arrive 15-30 minutes before the first services begin.
Kindly do not eat during any service. Sip your mimosa but eat that bagel before or after your service please!

These looks take more time, product and the fees start at $250-$300.

Appointments scheduled Monday–Thursday may be rescheduled one (1) time by the client. If a Monday–Thursday appointment is cancelled within seven (7) days or more of the scheduled service date, the fee will be transferred. There are no refunds for cancellations. Friday–Sunday appointments are non-refundable and non-transferable once booked due to high demand and artist reservation commitments.

Beautiful Brides Hair and Makeup and its artists are not responsible for allergic reactions, sensitivities, or adverse responses to hair, makeup, skincare, or beauty products used during services. Clients are responsible for informing the artist of any known allergies or sensitivities prior to the appointment.

Clients are asked to arrive with clean, dry hair and a clean, makeup-free face unless otherwise instructed. Delays caused by client lateness or lack of preparation may result in abbreviated services to maintain scheduling commitments.

All services rendered are final.

If at any time the client is dissatisfied with the work, it is her responsibility to inform the artist before the appointment is complete, so the artist can make changes. responsibility to inform artist if dissatisfied.

If you or anyone want to use clip-in extensions, kindly inform before the timing is complete.

IF stylist has time to add extensions, kindly Venmo $50 to @beautifulbrides before work begins.

Please ensure clip-in extensions are

de-matted and combed out.

IMPORTANT

Our stylists are incredibly talented, but not magicians! Remember, social media photos are typically of models and are heavily edited, photoshopped and also employ false lighting to increase facial glow, shimmer and hair dimension.

Hair styles with extra thickness or length often involve extensions. Consider your hair type and skin tone when choosing a style. For example, if you are brunette, only send makeup and hair photos of women with your coloring. If you have shoulder-length hair, do not choose hair inspiration with a model hair that is past the bra line. Also, make sure you choose photos that are close in age as well.

Also, remember -- Don't be timid in expressing concerns or dissatisfaction to your artists. If you chose a look that once finished, you simply do not like it on YOU, that is not the fault of the artist and should be addressed right then and there. THEY ARE THERE TO MAKE SURE YOU 100% LOVE YOUR LOOK SO PLEASE SPEAK UP!

Please feel free to bring your favorite lipstick or gloss so you have it to touch up all day.

Ethnic or extremely curly "natural" hair cannot be straightened on wedding day. Stylist will provide styling on hair as it is presented.
