Hollywood Glam Waves add $100 for preview session and $100 for wedding day. This look can take up to two hours and often requires additional hair extensions which is an additional $50 per application.
Total add on for glam waves is $250.

For added hair extensions, padding/stuffing, intricate designs, voluminous Russian styles, there will be additional fees.
Owner will determine when bride's inspiration photos have been submitted. Quote will be adjusted to reflect these styles.

Why Glam Waves Cost More
Pricing for bride and party members will be higher if party is less than bride plus four (4) women receiving services. Minimum for above pricing is Bride plus four (4) for hair and makeup.

$25 - Base price for Center City Phila. plus hotel valet parking charged to room for each artist. If no hotel valet is available, a $40 fee for outside lot will be added to contract in addition to $25 travel fee. Hotels where private parking company does not allow charge to guest room, a $50 and up valet parking fee plus $25 travel will be added to contract. For eg, Hotel Monaco does not allow valet to be charged to room, so total fee for stylist is $25 travel and $70 parking as their on-site lot is charged by the hour and is expensive ($95 per artist included in contract).

$1.00 per mile round trip per artist for PA suburbs, S. Jersey, Jersey Shore, DE and beyond.

South Florida & The Keys
$1.00/mile round trip per artist -Palm Beach, Broward, Miami, Martin and St. Lucie counties calculated from central zip codes.
$200-$300 flat fee per artist - Florida Keys, a minimum two and 1/2 hour trip from Miami, where most of our stylists live. We do not have artists living in the Keys at this time.
Some locations may require a hotel stay booked and chosen by vendor and paid by client.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
AND BOOKING POLICIES

Depending on the date, number of stylists needed and location, a non-refundable deposit of one third to 100% of total fees is required to secure your date on our books. The remaining balance is due 24-48 hours of the preview/trial session or 30 days prior to the wedding date, whichever comes first. If wedding date is within 30-60 days, payment is due in full. If wedding is within 90 days of booking, 50% is due at contract signing and remaining balance is due 30 days.

If client does not book after the preview/trial session, the fee for the trial and travel is due. Refunds for any remaining amount will be refunded on a case-by-case basis once owner reviews the trial hair and makeup with the assigned artist.

Please note that the trial must be conducted no later than four to five months before the wedding date. If trial cannot be conducted in that time, a larger deposit may be required.

Failure to complete the trial within this timeframe may result in forfeiting the deposit and/or retainer and could impact the availability of services on the wedding day.​​​

If bride does not choose not to have a trial run, 50% deposit of the total fees is required to secure your date along with final service numbers. The remaining balance is due in full 30 days prior to your date.

For parties that do not include a bride, a 50% deposit is due at time of booking if wedding is outside of the 90-day time limit. Remaining balance is due 30 days.

We require a four to five-service minimum (depends on day of the week and time of year) for all weddings (including the bride). To secure two artists, a minimum of 4-5 services is required. We are available for bride-only weddings, please inquire or set up a free consultation for more information. Pricing will be different for bride-only services. Check out our "Just-the-Bride" packages. Pricing will increase per person if less than. minimum amount of services.

Please contact us for customized quotes for South Asian/Indian weddings, which will require additional fees due to early start times, extended service times, long/thick hair types, intricate hairstyling, and accessory needs. Pricing for Indian parties may be higher than above fees.

For team members to move from one location to another on wedding day, there is an additional charge of $50-$75 per artist to pack up, move and unpack. There also may be an additional parking and/or travel fee.

For wedding day extended "touch-up" time, the hourly rate is $150/artist. One artist will be secured if possible. Extended touch-up time is calculated from the end of the first morning services to the end of the requested touch-up time. Wait time for artist will be included in fees. If hair and/or makeup is changed during this time, there will additional fees.

Wedding day and/or preview hotel valet parking fees will be charged to the client's room. If valet is unavailable and lot is required, parking fee will be included in contract or paid to each artist on wedding day.
