Stylist Invoice Instructions

Our work week is Tuesday to Tuesday.

You are to submit your invoice by 5PM EACH TUESDAY. If I do not receive it by then, your PAYMENT WILL GO INTO THE NEXT WEEK'S PAY.

I PAY with PNC BANK ACCOUNT. YOU'LL SEE THE PAYMENT NOTE COME THROUGH TO YOUR EMAIL. THIS PAYMENT WILL THEN HIT WITHIN 2-3 BUSINESS DAYS, so the following Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday.

For example, you do a trial on Fri, 1/17 and wedding on Sat, 1/18 - Submit your invoice on Tues, 1/21 by 5pm. I pay you on Thur/Fri, 1/23-1/24 and the payment hits your bank the next Mon, 1/27 Tues, 1/28 or Wed, 1/29.

Sometimes I do pay by Zelle, which hits your account within hours of payment. This is often done during the end of the year and if I was delayed in paying you.

Invoices are to be sent to me using Google Docs or an attached Word Doc.
PLEASE DO NOT SEND THE INVOICE IN THE BODY OF THE EMAIL.
