Acknowledgement and Release of Liability for Service Delays

*Client acknowledges that timely completion of hair and/or makeup services depends upon uninterrupted access to the service location, client preparedness, and adherence to the agreed schedule.

*Client understands and agrees that Beautiful Brides Hair and Makeup and its artists shall not be held liable for delays to the beauty schedule, photography schedule, transportation schedule, ceremony start time, reception timing, or any other event timing caused in whole or in part by circumstances outside of our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

*Restricted, delayed, or limited access to the getting-ready location or service area;

Clients, bridal party members, or attendants not being present, available, or ready at their scheduled service time;

Wet, excessively damp, tangled, unprepared, or otherwise unsuitable hair at the start of service;

Client’s request/installation of unapproved/paid clip-in extensions;

*Unexpected delays resulting from requested style changes, multiple revisions, indecision, or requests that differ from previously discussed inspiration photos;

Clients leaving the chair during service for phone calls, eating, drinking, socializing, changing clothing, attending meetings, or any other interruption;

Delays caused by venue operations, elevators, weather, power interruptions, vendor coordination, transportation issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.

*Client further acknowledges that service completion times are estimates only and may be impacted by the above circumstances. In the event delays occur for reasons not caused by Beautiful Brides Hair and Makeup or its artists, no refunds, discounts, credits, or liability shall apply. Negative reviews are discouraged and will be disputed.

*Client agrees that if delays require services to be abbreviated, modified, or omitted in order to maintain the overall timeline, Beautiful Brides Hair and Makeup reserves the right to make reasonable adjustments while still charging the contracted amount.

*Client agrees to pay $50 per half hour per artist and $75 per hour per artist for any artist who is required to stay past the agreed upon final touch ups end time.
