Please use the form below to indicate any dates/times you are unavailable. 

Once we have received this form and confirmed with you, we will mark you off the calendar and no longer book you weddings and/or trials for this date. 

PLEASE NOTE: You may NOT book out any days/times that you have already been scheduled to work at any weddings as either a lead or support stylist or for any trial appointments. 

If there are any days listed above in which you have already been booked work through Beautiful Brides Hair and Makeup in any capacity, you are contractually obligated to complete such work and you will not be marked out these days.

Days unavailable are considered confirmed once we check your current booked job status and send you a confirmation email.
