Retainer Fee
Client agrees to pay a non-refundable retainer fee of $400 to secure the wedding date and reserve services with Beautiful Brides Hair and Makeup. This retainer is not a deposit and is non-refundable for any reason, including but not limited to cancellation, change of date, or change of services.
Our $400 Soft Hold Retainer is designed as a temporary courtesy hold while you finalize your wedding beauty plans. The retainer allows us to tentatively reserve your date and begin preliminary planner; however, it does not officially secure your wedding date and artists.
Because we receive a high volume of inquiries for peak wedding weekends, if your date begins to book with confirmed requests, you will be notified and invited to move forward with a signed contract and minimum one-third deposit in order to officially secure your services. If the contract and deposit are not received within the timeframe provided, Beautiful Brides Hair and Makeup reserves the right to release the date to another client.
If a hair and/or makeup trial is conducted, the trial fee will be deducted from the retainer. The remaining balance of the retainer shall be retained by Beautiful Brides Hair and Makeup as an administrative and scheduling fee. If client books with contract, the entire $400 will be applied. (If necessary, travel fee and add-ons will be invoiced if $400 retainer does not cover the total for the trial fees.)
