Booking Retainer Agreement

Retainer Fee

Client agrees to pay a non-refundable retainer fee of $400 to secure the wedding date and reserve services with Beautiful Brides Hair and Makeup. This retainer is not a deposit and is non-refundable for any reason, including but not limited to cancellation, change of date, or change of services.

If a hair and/or makeup trial is conducted, the trial fee will be deducted from the retainer. The remaining balance of the retainer shall be retained by Beautiful Brides Hair and Makeup as an administrative and scheduling fee. (If necessary, travel fee and add-ons will be invoiced if $400 retainer does not cover the total for the trial fees.)

Please note that the trial must be conducted no later than five months before the wedding date. Failure to complete the trial within this timeframe may result in forfeiting the retainer and could impact the availability of services on the wedding day.

The $400 booking retainer is non-refundable. By checking box above, the bride acknowledges understanding of these terms and agrees to the outlined payment structure and deadlines.
