A preliminary quote will be drafted and sent to you. It will include:

• Per person pricing

• Travel fees (preview and wedding)

• Approximate number of artists

• Booking terms and conditions

• A link where you and/or your client can set up a 30-minute complimentary Zoom chat with Dana

After you reviews and approve the quote, we like to meet via Zoom with each of our brides to go over everything they need.

We'll chat about timing, hair and makeup ideas/concerns, the hair and makeup preview and the overall booking process.

After we have the number of  final services and quote is accepted, we will send a full vendor contract for signature and payment.

Our first deposit is is 50% of total contract with remaining balance due 30 days from wedding.

​

Contract and 50% deposit is due before the preview which can be scheduled anytime at least three months prior to date.

​

Previews are at our bride's location as long as it is within one hour of our service areas.  Travel fees apply.

​

All previews are 100% guaranteed! However, if the client changes her hair and/or makeup look, she will be charged in full for any additional previews.

A SOFT HOLD DEPOSIT CAN BE PLACED FOR $250.00. THIS HOLDS YOUR CLIENT'S DATE TEMPORARILY

UNTIL THE FINAL BOOKING.

Next, we'll need all important wedding day details, a selfie and hair and makeup inspiration photos input into our Bridal Information Form .

We will coordinate a hair and makeup preview date and time that is as convenient as possible. We offer appointments in the comfort of each bride's home as long as it's one hour or less from our service location. Travel fees may apply.

We offer the preview session seven days a week. However, Fridays and Saturdays are not available during prime wedding season.
